HTML template	The design of the book card. Thirteen are supplied, among them Standard, Bookshelf, Storefront, High Contrast, and several made for the dark theme.
Show book details `Ctrl`+`Alt`+`Z`	Show or hide the book card, leaving the list on its own.
Title list	The collection as a sortable list of titles.
Cover thumbnails	A grid of covers.
Cover Flow	Covers in a carousel.
Virtual shelf	Spines on a shelf, with a choice of shelf backgrounds.
Sort books by	Title, original title, author, date added, book number, rating, personal rating, price, year, pages, date read. Hold `Shift` to reverse the direction.
Group books by	Turn the list into a tree: first title letter, binding type, author, author's last name, translator, editor, illustrator, location, subject, year, publisher, language, series, read date, add date, file type, author-series, personal marks or a custom field.
