  • Do I pay again for updates?

  • I lost my activation key — what now?

    You can resend it from our license reminder. Reinstalling Windows or switching PCs does not require buying again.

  • How do I cancel auto-renewal?

    Use the cancel link in your activation email (usually two clicks). You’ll also get a reminder two days before the next charge.
