I've got 2206 movies in my AllMyMovies databse. I imported them from my own made Excel database. May be about 200 of them are repeated, so there are about 2000 of them
I've got a few questions for you:
1. How can I delete repeated movies?
2. In my Excel database I also wrote a place, where the DVD lies (catalogue and page). So how can I import these information into the programm?
3. I want to get online information about all of them, how can I do it automatically? All at one time?
4. How to give you an online link to watch the size of my database?
Thank you for answeres |

Not that big collection yet, but at least they're all 'legal' DVD's, hehe.
My Movie database
@ lllypa
- Deleting movies: Rightclick on the movie in the list and there it is: "Delete movie".
- Importing from excell is a bit difficult i think. The otherway around, From All my Movies into excell is easier.
Open up All My Movies, click 'tools', click 'preferences', click '
custom fields, click add below the box 'Text fields' and in the appearing box type a name, for example 'place'. Then click OK and you have added a new field that will appear in "custom fields" when you add a new movie or want to edit a movie. Now when you export to Excell the new field called 'place' will be in the excell-sheet. |

Maybe not so big, but much more usable than AMM templates.

(Many movies are in Russian, sorry if you can't read it). |

Believe me all functionality that's on that page is possible with an template.
You just have to program a lot of javascript |

Hehehe, i am already happy that i succeeded in changing the AMM-template 'normal' with the HTML-knowledge i have, close to none.
But i am pretty satisfied with it. |
