I am using 4.3, Build 1423.
Kudos for the program. I have been looking for a database to organize my movies and this one looks nicer and has saved me so much time over the old Access db I have been using.
Bug: When I type a media location in, it is not available when I add a movie until I restart the program.
Suggestion: TV Series often have multiple seasons and disks and there is no selection for these. On the main movie listing I have about 30 Simpsons, Sopranos, Stargate SG-1 discs loaded and there isn't a way to tell them apart except by clicking on each one. One suggestion might be to add a "Title 2" and "Title 3." By Default Title 2 & 3 are blank, but when a season is selected (or the user manually activates them), they are shown.
Thank you. |

With multiple disks I have a specific way writing the title:
For the Tenhi Muyo Ryo-Ohki series I have 3 individual disks without an artbox or season box.
The title for volume 2 looks like this: "Tenchi Muyo Ryo-Ohki: Target: Tenchi (Vol. 2/3)"
Tenchi Muyo Ryo-Ohki: Target Tenchi (Vol. 2/3)
part 1: This is series title
part 2: This is the volume title
part 3: This gives you an indication of how many disks there are ans which disk you currently have
My sister has all Daswson's Creek seasons.
All those seasons are in individual boxes.
I'll just add every season in AMM with the title like this: "Dawson's Creek: Season 5/6"
I also make sure that all movie numbers for a specific are in the same range, so when I sort on movie number I'll see all disk of every series right after each other. |
