| My licence doesn't work after i changed my computer. How can I retrieve it? I have sent support@bolide..... but no one answered my mails?:s |

Hi!
Make sure you enter your registration details exactly as they are!
Both the registration key and registration name are case sensitive. It is better to copy and paste your registration details instead of typing them manually. If this doesn't help, please write to Bolide Software to support@bolidesoft.com again and specify your problem, order number and e-mail address given at registration.

When I bought AllMyMovies, i got a mail from swreg which has my serial number. But it didn't work. After a short time i got a new mail from max@bolidesoft.com. New mail said that, there have been a miscalculation on their key generator. And includes my new and working serial number. Now i have lost the second mail so the working code. And support@bolidesoft.com doesn't respond to my request.
Help please! |
