Hello.
Is there a way to make wishlisted movies show up at the bottom of the movie list as opposed to being sorted alphabetically among the films I do own?

I think there is no such possibility in the current version.
But you can temporarily exclude wishlisted movies by holding Shift key and using menu item "Quick filter -> Show Wishlist".
To get wihlisted movies back to the list just press the Esc key or select "Quick filter -> Show All" |
