Hi,
I ecnountered with the problem of displaying russian characters on computers where Russian language is not set as a default non-Unicode (but it is installed as supported language). In this case the '?' characters are displayed (Even in program UI).
Also HTML pages, generated by the program, does not open with the Russian charecter set defaultly and I need to select the correct encoding manually.
My question is did someone ecountered this problem and if you have any suggestions. I'd really liked to share my database with others (Especially when you have a free viewer program).
Thanks in advance. |

I waited for any other person with such bug, but don't see them
This bug was in early All My Movies releases and shouldn't be in the present versions.
Alex, do you have English version of the Windows with Russian support?
I have the Russian one but default language is set to English and I never saw the '?' characters in program UI. |

I have downloaded the latest trial version from the site (3.7) and opened my database, created with the 3.6. The language problems remain and my database opens with '?' symbols.
Moreover, I have a computer with English WinXP and Hebrew as default Non-Unicode language. When I try to type Russian characters I see Hebrew instead.
Is there an option to use unicode characters? This seems me should solve to problem.
Thanks for reply. |

Yes, All My Movies doesn't support unicode at this moment.
We will try to add unicode support, but this will take some time for testing. And I don't think this will be quick, sorry |
