Could you add exporting the AMM library in XBMC XML format? It seems this is becoming a standard for importing/exporting movie databases for XBOX 360 and network media tanks (NMT) - Popcorn Hour is one type of NMT. There is a very popular vdeo jukebok, YAMJ, used on NMTs to display video data including posters that can use the XBMC XML format for populating the display. Please see XBMC format below. One such format would need to be produced for each video in the AMM library. A detailed explanation of each XBMC field can be found on WIKI page http://xbmc.org/wiki/?title=Import_-_Export_Library#Video_nfo_Files. It would also be helpful if in case you can do this that there be the option to set the ID field to a -1 which would inform the YAMJ jukebox not to do any further online lookup for the movie details from online movie databases and to use only what is provided in the XML fields.

Hi!
Theoretically it's possible - we'll see what we can do.
Thanks for the idea!

Hi,
Your "All My Movies" software looks pretty cool.
I'm currently using Movie Collector to export movie database to my Popcorn Hour A-110 (Networked Media Tank).
I tried your software and importing from Movie Collector seems fairly simple.
Is it possible from All My Movies to export the database for the Popcorn?
If that would be the case, I would definitely purchase All My Movies.
Regards,
Manfred |

Hi, Manfred!
Thanks for your kind words!
Unfortunately, there's no special function, but you can try to use the menu "Tools-Export to images..." to get the pictures with the names and the content needed

This would be a good feature.
I've been using All My Movies for awhile now and have a large collection. I would like to somehow transfer using YAMJ to my PlayonHD.
If anybody knows a way. Please let us know. |
