I purchased a new laptop and want to change all my movie data over to the new laptop. I tried registering the new laptop with my license code and was told that it was not good. Which I assume its a one and done code. Is there a way that I can do this?

Which version have you got the key for? And which AMM version are you trying to install?

On the old laptop I currently have v6.3 build 1309. I think I purchased the software in May of 2010.

On the new laptop I installed the latest version, same as above.

Then it should be all right...
Make sure you enter your registration details exactly as they are!
Both the registration key and registration name are case sensitive. It is better to copy and paste your registration details instead of typing them manually.
If you still have the problem, try to update your registration details - go to http://www.bolidesoft.com/a/user/ enter the data required and get the updated key.

Regards,
