Could you add as a future option the ability to manually resize the cover art? Some of the downloaded artwork is bigger then others.
Also could you add word wrap to the MIAA field? This field tends to run off the page unlike the other fields.

We will add the word wrap feature for the MPAA field in the next release.

As for the cover resize, you can try this plugin:

It can do some database optimization including images resize. This plugin still not released oficially because we have only russian manual for it.

As usual you have to unpack zip contents to the "plugins" folder of All My Movies installation pah. By default it is "Program Files\AllMyMovies\plugins\"

Restart All My Movies and select plugin in the "Plugins" menu item.

Select "Images optimization", press OK and follow the instructions.

Please, make a backup copy of your movie database before this plugin use!
