Password and Sorting by Year....

Hello All My Movies,

1. Is there a way to set up a password in such a way that nobody but the administrator can change the database?
**I have had movies deleted or modified from the database by mistakes from other users…


2. In the upper window where is says "SHOW" I can see (works very well) my collection as I categorized it: A. Hitchcock, Academy Awards, 007, etc.
But I wish there was a way to also sort it also by year and not just in alphabetical order…
As an example: Have the option of Academy Awards by Title or Academy Awards by Year.

If I use the “group movies by” year option, it switches to ALL OF THE MOVIES in the database and exits the Academy Awards collection I am in.

Maybe it is not possible...Any help?

I think it is not possible with the current version of AMM. May be some tricks like setting "read only" attribute for the database file can help you...

composite sorting is not available at this moment, sorry
