When I scan a bar code to add a new book, it drops the last digit and therefore AMB can't retrieve the data. I am using the cue cat and it works fine in other applications.
Any thoughts on what's going on? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide. |

Hi!
Will you please write through http://www.bolidesoft.com/feedback.html and give examples of wrong numbers scanned and for each of them specify the full correct number.
