| when i start all my movies it jumps to my web browser to the avantgate web to buy a licence, so i cant enter my licence |

Hope you are OK
As usual , you are so gifted and smart !!!
i have experienced the same bug
and every time i used to uninstall then re-install the program to fix this weird bug.It has been taking me too mush time and effort .
I have tried your advice , it WORKS , thank you , you are so genious , you have fixed that bug with a very simple workaround !!
but why (restarting the pc exactly), fixes this shift to this renewal web site ?
WHAT IS THE CAUSE , and the mechanism that fixes this bug . I just want to understand this smart fix

That workaround was actually suggested by the developer of the software Max Smirnoff, not me. That's him who always gives answers to all tricky questions ans that's one of them
