As a newbie, can anyone tell me how to get rid of my duplicate entries ?
I seem to have 2 of everything. |

Go to the menu item Tools > Preferences > Expert options > Check for duplicates.

Thanks Gemini, thats done.
One other thing, I have some 150 Foreign films broken down to Countries, but I cannot find a way to print an alphabetical list for each country. AMM will not allow you to copy and paste either. |

First you need to filter your collection by the country needed - say "USA". To do that, in the movie description area you need to click on that country and in the pop-up menu choose the option "Show only movies where country USA." After that all the movies for that country will be given in the althabetical order and you can print the collection.
