I've been waiting to hear back from support since yesterday afternoon and I'm trying very hard not to get impatient but it's hard when I can look here and see that yes some is working but I have no word yet.
So traditionally what is the turn around for the support department?

Sorry for keeping you wait. You know a lot of people write to support every day, that's why sometimes we don't have enough time to answer everybody quickly! Still we try to do our best!

I feel better to know it's getting worked on now I'll look forward to hearing from you (you being some nameless person who works for your company not necessarily you) again.
Though really I'm pleased enough with the all my books program that I can't foresee having that many questions to post.... knock on wood.
