I was wondering if you could view the movie from your IDE if you have it on IDE.
Example: I have 2x250Gb Hard Drives and I have over 100 movies on them, and I found this All my Movies program which aloud me to view the movies details etc. and was wondering if you could view the movie by clicking some botton ''IN THE - All my Movies" program which would save my time in serching the movie on the IDE. Or if there some other program that dose this I would be glad to know. Smile

Yes, you are able to view your movie using All My Movies.
If you add them using "Add from file" and the movie record has "HDD" as media label and Local Path is valid you will see a small green play button in the top left corner of the movie details area in the main program window

I have also created a template that allows me to click on a file and open it using VLC. Tell me if you are interested.

I have received several requests for my templates. I will put together a zipped file and send it over. There are two templates that i have perfected. One is a modified version of Modern with a javascript that puts in a forced page break using CSS every third movie so when I print the HTML the movie is not split over multiple pages.

The other template uses VLC's http server template system to create a web front end that lets you control vlc, launch movies and stuff.

If everything works maybe we can get them posted and get some forum chat about it.

Very interesting. It would be nice if it was posted somewhere.

vcgol, you can try the menu "Database-Append from" - this way you can add selected movies from another database
