I purchased the software yesterday, I had a copy I got from giveaway of the day, and really liked it. When I installed the product all I get is the splash screen, and an error message, I am running Vista Home Premium and have tried everything I can think of and no luck. If there are no solutions here, guess it's time to get a refund and move on.
Anyone got any ideas on what's wrong? |

| I have the same problem and alerted Bolide to this problem about two weeks ago. They have yet to solve it for me. I am using XP on a Gateway tablet PC. The splash screen appears then I get an error message saying the program must shut down. I was wondering why there was no mention of this on the forum. "sierrabunny" might have had the same problem in a thread below but I not sure if it was resolved. |

we've fixed a bug that caused program crash on startup. You should redownload and reinstall All My Movies.
The latest All My Movies version is available for download here:
