anyone of you guys an idea how to get allmymovies to work under windows vista english version? when i open the program microsoft imediately closes it with an error report send message.. tried running it as administrator, not in the program files folder, XP SP2 compatability mode.. but it wont work here.. AMD4200 X2, 2Gb ram, nvidia 7600GT vga
anyone! help!! also tried the latest allmymovies version offcourse! give me a hint or an tip i am an registered owner of this good program! |

try to disable DEP in Vista.

2. Click All Programs
3. Click Accessories
4. Right Click on Command Prompt
5. Left click on Run as Administrator
6. Click the Allow button if it asks you for permission
7. Type or copy and paste this into the command prompt window:

bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff
|
8. Hit enter and you should see the confirmation: Operation Completed Successfully
9. Reboot and DEP should be off.

This is a useful advice for many programs that have problems to run in Vista. They can't run with DEP enabled due to the protection engine used. |
