This should be an easy one for you to do in your copious spare time  .
The primary reference database is CDDB from Grace Notes.
The program I have been using is CD Trustee from Sane Soft, but he is not really supporting it any longer and is moving on to other endeavors. The only other real competition I've seen is from Collectorz.com, but they use their in-house database with a back up of freedb. Looks like easy pickings to me.
