I was given a serial from you that has always worked and now it doesn't. Ever since I downloaded the latest version, I enter my information and it says thank you for registering, closes and when I re-open it, it goes back to trial.
I was given a free license due to advertising and doing some English editing.
I have sent an e-mail but so far no response. |

The free licence... was that for version 4 or 5??
As you might have noticed we have updated to version 5 and if you don't have a new licence for that then you'll need to buy one... version 4 licence don't work on version 5. |

I replaced the download with the new version. Can someone then please give me a link or send me the last 4 version? Thank you! |
