I used the Trial version for 2 days and it worked fine. I then purchased it and now when I click on the desktop icon I get just a "greyed" image of the Image Comparer and cannot excise any commands.
Even re-installing the SW does not change that.
I have never seen anything like that with any other software.
I inserted via copy and paste the enormeously long PW they sent, so I did all thing correctly at this end and am at this point very disappointed.
Help is of course appreciated.  |

| try to remove ImgComp.cfg file located in the Image Comparer's installation path and start IC again |

I have un-installed and then re-installed the IC.
It seems to work, but I have to give it a good work out yet. |
