| MPAA rating doesn't show when using the HTML template views in version V4.0 Build 1231 but it does in Old Style view. Any idea why ? |

Because HTML templates you used don't contains the shortcut for MPAA, I guess |

Because HTML templates you used don't contains the shortcut for MPAA, I guess |
Anywhere to download new HTML templates or alter the current templates ? |

Good third-party moviecard template is located here:
http://izekill.nm.ru/amm/redline.rar
Unpack it to "moviecards" folder of your AMM installation path |
