I just uploaded the beta version of All My Movies v4 to:

-added HTML templates support for the movie details area. Several templates are available. Use menu item "View-HTML" to select the template.
-added ability to print movie card (Use menu item "Movie-Print movie card")
-some minor improvements

Also, the database structure will be changed. We are working on it now. There will be many additional information about the cast and other...

We are open to your suggestions and opinions. Also, please send us bug reports.

Is it possible to add 'Movie info Streams' and 'Audio stream Info' to the moviecard template?
And is it possible to have your own stars in the moviecard template?

I downloaded betaversion, and installed on my laptop. (I have at registrated version on my stationary)
When it was installed, and I opened the program, I got an error-message, and after clicking that away, the program opened, but then I got two errormessages: One telling me that the program was trying to hack its way into my Outlook addressbook (!!!!!), and the other was the usual Microsoft "exit or send a rapport about the failure" (Don't know what it actually says in english. My XP is danish)
I could not close any of the errormessages (they keept popping up), I could not close the program, and I could not close the laptop.
So I took out the battery, and next time, I started the computer, - removed the program.
So much for my beta-testing!!!

Dorthe strange, we never got such result for the beta for the last month...

As for the Outlook, All My Movies don't even try to access the addressbook. It just tries to sent a bug report to us with help of Outlook. It should ask you before send the report.

As for the first errormessage: It was related to the program. I didn't really read it, just clicked it away, ....thought what the heck..its a beta, and the program started after clicking it away.
As for microsoft and outlook-errormessages:
I was asked, if the program could have access to my addressbook in Outlook, and I said no. I don't have an Outlook addressbook and account on my computer. I use another mailprogram, - allways have:-)
That leave me with the feeling that All my movies-beta wont accept, that I don't use Outlook, and therefore wont take no for an answer.
Could that be the case??? I don't think, I am the only person, who has a non-bill.gates-mailprogram:-))

This beta has a completeley rewritten database structure, therefore it may have many bugs. Help us to debug it.

MAKE A BACKUP COPY OF YOUR DATABASE BEFORE installing the beta 5!

Statistics, HTML export and plugins are not works in this beta - will work in the next one.

The first Beta5 may take several minutes to convert your database to the new format.

It could be handy to hide the splash screen when the registration window is open.
I know you can move it but some people don't

For some reason the HTML template aren't shown when I want to export to html
This way I can't test my template or make it compatible with this build.

An other thing is the ~~ at video and audio stream info.
Why are these characters there?

Hi,
Downloaded and installed the beta 6 and have a problem when I scroll down very fast that the moie sreen gets 'stuck' and the movies that display in the left column are not displayed in the main movie screen. when you move the movie card window accross the whole movie window, it cleans up the 'rubbish' that was left from the screen where it got 'stuck'.

A bigger problem is the fact that the cutom fields are displayed incorrectly - in the main movie window you can have amm display the custom fields, and here they are displayed correctly, but as soon as you double click the movie to see the movie card and then look at the tab for custom fields the fields are displayed but the data is mixed up!!! You cannot correlate the names with the data that was there before the update was made. now the question is how one can enter new movies and ensure that the curom fields are filled correctly.

Hi,

It would seem that there is an automatic <BR> ahead of each User defined field which leads to difficulties if you want to create your own movie card view.

The main problem remains with the fact that the user defined fields are not displayed correctly in the movie card detailed view.
