so far AMM seems to be the perfect solution...
my (minor) suggestions:
-when i add the adress of the trailer, the trailer should be seen with the label VIEW (instead of DOWNLOAD).
-embeded trailers into moviecard would be much better
-similar to trailer link, i would like an cover link (for external or local dvd/cd covers). I know i can keep the dvdcover into the database, but i like my covers to be categorized differently, not among screenshots and thumbs |

Please add the ability to start All My Movies with a Quick Filter applied?
Maybe via a command line switch, or by saving preferences via the Preferences.
Thank you! |

Also it would be a great idea to add the back covers of the dvd somehow from dvd empire and be able to rate each movie yourself (second rating system)... |
I was going to post the same thing but decided to take a look through the posts.
This one was never answered, is it possible to do it for futeure versions of the program? It would be great! I feel is the only missing part for the program. |

Sorry I went back 5 pages but I didn's see these suggestions so I hope I am not repeating something that has already been stated, but here are a few suggestions for things which I think AMM is lacking:
1. The ability to use more advanced filters. The user should have the ability to adjust filters to meet specific needs.
2. The ability to save user-specific quick filters which are used frequently.
If these are already available, please point me in the direction of how to set them up because I would like to use this program to convert from MS Access but so far MS Access' ability to generate custom reports and macros far exceeds AMMs.

I think it is better to display both - stars and numbers in ratings.
Also, would be nice to add own (user's) ratings for movies, and possibility to sort movies by own ratings |

I'm just trying out your software and it's almost exactly what I'm looking for, however it bugs me that the right hand 'movie info' pane can not be adjusted to be completely out of the way and not visible. I would love to completely hide it so that your thumbnail movie list is all that can be seen.
I would definitely purchase your software if this small alteration was made - either to have an option in the View menu to hide the movie info pane, or to modify it so that it can be hidden save for the tiniest bar to grab onto and slide over.
Would this be possible? |

Well, there's no such official mode in the program. There's a sort of workaround: using slider to make the maximum possible width for thumbnails display area, a then resize the main window a bit to completely hide the movie details.

My wish exactly . There's more:
1. Option for a 10 star rating system as well as rating in decimal numbers (eg. 6.2 instead of 60); just like at imdb.
2. Importing number of votes, writers, language and tagline from imdb. |

Hi, i am a new user of this program.
So far it looks good.
Is it possible to place a "seen" checkbox on the episode tab?
Thank you. |

Yes, it's possible. We'll try to add in one of the following versions. |

|

Hi,
another suggestion for series/episodes. Can you make it possible to play an episode by either double-clicking on the episode name in the episode tab or maybe by right-clicking it and choose play episode or both?
Or even better, when you double-click the cover the program sees that the main local path is empty but that there are episodes with a local path filled in and displays all episodes.
Episodes without local path greyed and inactive but episodes with local path normal color and active so you play such an episode by clicking it. In the new window is also the (new) checkbox for "viewed" visible.
thank you |

All My Movies can get technical specs from MKV files, but to do that you should put MediaInfo.dll into the program folder - it can be downloaded here http://downloads.sourceforge.net/mediainfo/MediaInfo_0.7.7.7_DLL_Win32.zip

Thanks, we'll think about it.
