Well as always when I saw this new update I swelled up with excitement in hopes all was well with the world. Sad to say my hopes are again crushed. I installed the v6.3 update and started to download my Actor info, using the "unfilled persons only" selection. It started to work like a charm and I thought outstanding. After updating for about six hours the program locked up on one of the names. So I stopped the program, started it up again, and started the updating of info again. After about three hours I had to stop the update process to do something else and to my disappointment not one actor had been updated as the program started all over again with the same people it had skipped before and of course just skipped them again.

I still think you are trying to bite off more than your program can handle doing the way you are. What is needed is more controll in the Actor info importing. I still believe that control of this funtion on the Movie card would be the best answer as it would let you update the movies actor info when you add the movie but would also give you controll over not adding actors or names from movies you don't want to add.

You also would not waste hours of air time trying to get info on Actors that you can't get info on.

I still want to say thanks for your efforts in trying to fix this problem and for a great program. Gat
