I'm having some problems with printing out my book list. Suddenly when I print out the list using the compact mode I'm missing the bottom three rows, no matter what I try changing paper size or altering the margins for example. Also I've noticed that I'm also losing books from my list, I'm not sure how, it was just by fluke that I noticed that some were missing. I've re-entered the books I know were missing but this has happened more than once. Do you have any ideas what's happening.

You can try to double click the name of template ("compact") and in the opening editor change the settings for the page (menu File-Page settings), you should enlarge the margins, after that save the template, close the editor and try printing again.
