I enter the book title and click on the database lookup button. A list of books at the site I've chosen appears, I select one and double click. I'm taken back to my entry screen and all data is blank except for an ISBN entry beginning with a comma. The original book title and author's name are missing. I've tried entering several books with different authors and titles but the result is the same.
I thought I posted this issue a couple of weeks ago, but I'm not finding it so I'm posting again.
Why are the "lookup" buttons not working properly - or rather, why am I getting blank responses when I select the correct book? |
