First off I wanted to say thank for Bolide choosing me as a winner of the contest!

So here is my story....

I have most of my movie collection (about 600) nicely in Libra, which is no longer being supported and also no longer works for adding new items thanks to changes at Amazon.

I am looking for the best way to import my movie list from Libra. I can export from Libra to CSV and Excel.

I did do a test import and although most everything imported ok, it appears the barcodes (UPC) did not, and I am left with only the information I imported from Libra in AMM. No cover shot is available or additional information was downloaded during the import process.

I see that I can manually go through each movie and get addition info as well as a cover and screen shots, but that is going to take quite some time to go through 600 and seems like a waste, since when adding a new movie via barcode this happens automatically.

Is there a way to have AMM go through a list of imported movies and have them update info automatically?

Libra did collect the UPC and included the ISBN, EAN and Amazon product codes but unfortunately did not capture an IMDB reference code as far as I can tell.

Any help is greatly apprecaited in getting my files imported and filled out with as much info as possible.

Also, one feature that I loved about Libra was the webcam barcode scanning capability. Is there any chance that AMM would consider adding this? I really don't want to have to buy a barcode scanner from ebay as that will end up costing me $30-$40 after shipping, import duties and currency conversion.

Thanks!

Hi!

1. Cover shots cannot probably be automatically imported. Still could you please send this CSV file from Libra to http://www.bolidesoft.com/feedback.html - may be we'll manage to import it better ...
2. Well, webcam barcode scanning is already in our 'to-do' list, we'll try to implement it in one of the following versions.
